Real estate appraisal expertise consists of determining the value of real estate assets and rights after analyzing all the documents provided by the client. The mission of the real estate appraisal expert involves drafting an appraisal document in which the legal, economic, technical and tax factors of the value are taken into account in accordance with the previously established appraisal contract.
All our appraisal services are subject to a free quote. Rates may change depending on the size of the property and the complexity of the project.
The latter are therefore honored on the basis of the time spent carrying out their mission, and not on the value of the property. An expert contract is signed between the expert and his client to define their mutual commitments. The fees provided for are therefore fair compensation.
